MYSTIQUE Elegant 3 Year Old Bay Sports Filly
Born March 2009, by Dutch Riding Pony 'Argentino' out of our STER German Riding Pony mare Mirage (Voyage). Currently standing approx 15hh.
Mystique is passported with the Scottish Sports Horse and gained a very high mark First Premium at her foal grading. Again as a foal she participated in the BEF Futurity at Fountain Equestrian and not only got the highest foal mark of the day (covering the whole of Scotland), but also the highest Dressage mark too!
Mystique's sire Argentino is by Orchard D’Avranche who was the leading pony sire in the Netherlands for many years and is still one of the most desired pony stallions there. Argentino is line-bred to Downland Folklore who is arguably the most famous foundation stallion in the Netherlands. Although he was never at stud in Germany, 16 of his sons are licensed there, and he is still one of the leading sires in the German FN stallion ranking list.
Mirage, Mystique's dam, is a Hanoverian passported German Riding Pony. Mirage’s sire, Voyage, has won jumping and dressage classes up to level L and participated at the Bundeschampionships. In his first foal crop he produced the Reserve Champion of the Hanoverian Pony Stallion Licensing. His dam, SPS Mago, was the Champion mare of Cloppenburg. His sire, Valentino, is considered a Dutch foundation stallion. Mirage’s dam, SPS Moonlight, won the class of the mares’ families at the National Mare Show in 1996. At this same show her daughter, Moonlight Girl, became Champion of the younger mares. Moonlight participated at the Bundeschampionships and has produced many licensed stallion sons and State Premium daughters. Moonlight’s sire, Night-Star I, won his Stallion Licensing and Stallion Performance Test and then became the Reserve Bundeschampion of the jumping ponies. At this time he was the most successful and desired stallion in Westphalia. He produced many licensed stallions, among them several licensing champions, including the European Champion, Nelusko. Many daughters were awarded the title of State Premium, and several were Champion or Reserve Champion of the Elite Mare Show in Westphalia. He was sold to Brazil where he has continued his career.
Mystique has a full brother (Adonis) who is standing at stud in the U.S. She is vaccinated, wormed and is good with the farrier and to load, etc. She is bitted and is happy with tack on. She has a very affectionate, inquisitive nature and always wants to be the centre of attention.

Argentino Mirage
GWENDOLINA SD Striking Black Yearling KWPN Filly
Born 5th May 2011, by Hemmingway out of a Don Primero (Donnerhall) mare, Gwen is a very elegant filly who turns heads with her striking colour, active hind leg and loose elastic paces.
KWPN registered, she is also overstamped with the Scottish Sports Horse and achieved a high mark First Premium under the German graders.
Hemmingway, although himself a proven showjumper has also produced a number of Grand Prix dressage horses. As a three year old he passed the KWPN Stallion Test with high marks for his jumping. As a six and seven year old he competed at the World Championships for Young Showjumping horses in Belgium and competed successfully up to 1.40m internationally before being retired sound to stud. Hemmingway's offspring have excellent jumping abilities.
Gwen's dam, our KWPN mare Wiane, is by Don Primero (Donnerhall). Wiane gained STER status at her Scottish Sports Horse grading in 2009 under Dutch inspectors. Don Primero's offspring excel in dressage but also compete in advanced showjumping and eventing.
Gwen has been regularly attended to by the farrier, is very affectionate, well handle, wormed and vaccinated. Estimated to make approx 16.1hh
